    • Customer walks in to scan the QR code-google reviews link (lamination paper) in the store.
    • Rider may guide customers to review (instead of just giving stars)
    • (For example, good service, fast and efficient, good manner of rider, the rider is on-time deliver the car battery)
    • After finished reviewing, the customer gives the screenshot to the rider.
    • Rider MUST upload the screenshot to the app rider or MCS as a proof of job completion.
  • **Customer DO NOT need to download the app to get the 10% discount. They can leave the review while riders are doing the job installation for them.
