Yes, on-site warranty claims are available with a visit charge of RM50. If you refuse to pay the visit charge, we reserve the right to decline future visit requests.

We aim to provide warranty service within 5 working days, subject to best effort.

Yes, a temporary battery will be provided while your original battery is sent for factory inspection.

You must collect your recharged battery within 30 days of notification. Batteries not collected within this period will be considered voided and terminated.

If the inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, a new battery will be provided to replace the temporary one.

Yes, if your vehicle hasn’t been started for more than 14 days, a jumpstart service will incur a RM50 charge.

Battery damage due to alternator issues, faulty wiring, leaving lights on, long storage periods, improper use of electrical accessories, or user abuse is not covered. Warranty claims will only be accepted for manufacturing defects.

If our technician finds the battery discharged due to user-related problems (not a defect), a jumpstart will be provided, allowing your vehicle’s alternator to recharge the battery.

TukarBateri.com.my covers only the car battery warranty. Any vehicle-related issues or further system resets after battery replacement are the customer’s responsibility, including costs at the customer’s service center.
