YES! Please wait for us to arrive or you may call the named mobile technician as being informed by our Help Desk, should you wish to cancel the rescue for any accepted or valid reasons. We would be happy to postpone the delivery to some other acceptable time agreed by both parties.

Our Specialist have gone through various of Theory, Practical & On Job Training. They are only qualified to be our specialist after they passed the assessment.

Yes , you may contact our call center agent , after sales service customer service or WhatsApp’s us to make prior booking or appointment for our specialist to come to you to assist you on changing the car batteries.

Yes, we sell batteries separately if you want to fix it yourself. However, batteries purchases are only for self-collection at our outlets only.

The best way is to check the owner’s guide for the correct size and minimum parameter requirements. If this is not convenient, you can check the model, battery model, year and recommended size and specific parameters in the Battery Application Guide.

You are requested to advise us the type of the car you are driving and model of your car, we will find a car battery that match your requirement.

If the car breakdown is not caused by car battery failure, our technician shall check on the alternator and perform jump start for Customer.  Customer will be charged RM50 visit charges and services.

All purchases made and amount which you pay to us are due immediately and not refundable. You may not be allowed to cancel an order once it has been made or submitted unless you provide credible evidence to us to prove that you have been wrongly billed or on any other circumstances as we may decide as ‘case to case’ basis in our sole and absolute discretion.

If we have made a mistake with your order, we will resend the correct item and will cover the item return shipping fee.
